SPICY BEANS, CHICKPEAS AND LEEK

Beans and chickpeas both belong to the legume family. They are a source of valuable nutrients: protein, fiber (mostly insoluble), vitamins (especially group B) and minerals (especially calcium, iron, magnesium and phosphorus). Both are therefore foods that should never be missing from the table and which, despite having most of the characteristics in common, have small nutritional differences.
